Powell’s book is entitled Barack Obama, Ronald Reagan, and The Ghost of Dr. King: Blogs and Essays. The 22 blogs and essays directly address the current Obama era, as well as the many concerns around democracy and social justice that Dr. King championed in his lifetime and that have been affected by the life and legacy of President Ronald Reagan and the accompanying conservative movement since the days of civil rights protests.
