NEW YORK – May 7, 2009Today, Lulu (http://www.lulu.com), the leading marketplace for digital content on the Internet, announced a partnership with Fotolia (http://www.fotolia.com), a leading global microstock provider. Through the terms of the partnership, Fotolia will be a preferred stock image provider to self-publishers who are seeking stock imagery for use as illustrations in their Lulu Studio ™ created books, calendars and other published work.

“We are excited to be able to offer high quality images from Fotolia’s vast library to our authors who use the Lulu Studio™,” said Harish Abbott, Lulu.com’s Senior Vice President of Products.  “We are always looking for ways to help authors enhance their projects and they can do so easily and cost-effectively with these images.”
